In the book of Malachi, the prophet speaks of the refining process as one that prepares God's people for worship. The prophet Malachi compares God to a refiner who purifies silver. This process removes impurities, leaving behind a precious and valuable product. Similarly, God uses trials to purify us so that we can worship Him with clean hands and a pure heart. Through these difficulties, God restores our fellowship with Him, enabling us to worship Him in spirit and truth. Just as a dirty room needs to be tidied before it can be restful, our hearts must be purified to restore our fellowship with God. Trials, though difficult, are not without purpose; they prepare us for deeper intimacy with God.
Reflection
Suggestion for Prayer: Ask God to purify your heart through the trials you are facing, so that you may worship Him more fully and sincerely. Pray for the CBC: Trust God to help all CBC Primary schools to be Centres of learning and transformation.
Prayer
Suggestion for Prayer: Ask God to give you a deeper understanding of the purpose of your trials and to help you trust in His plan even when things are difficult.
