Content
Respecting others involves serving them humbly, as Jesus demonstrated in His life. In a world that values power and prestige, Jesus taught His disciples that true greatness comes from serving others. When we respect others, we serve them in love and humility. Jesus taught His disciples in Mark 9:35-37 that true greatness in His kingdom is found in serving others. He used a child as an example to demonstrate that welcoming others, especially the humble and vulnerable, is a reflection of our respect for God’s kingdom. Serving others is an act of humility and love that honors Christ. Commit yourself to serving others with humility and love. Choose to value others and put their needs above your own needs.

Prayer
