Leaders often rely on security measures to protect their position, but Proverbs 16:12 reminds us that integrity provides a far stronger foundation for success. Leaders who live with integrity earn the trust of their people and gain God’s favor. God values integrity more than military might or external security measures. For leaders, it is righteousness and blamelessness in their actions that bring true security and protection. If you are in a leadership position, where do you place your trust for security? Do you rely on your own abilities, or do you trust God to protect and secure your leadership through integrity?
