Forgiveness is more than saying the words; it is a lifestyle of love and kindness toward those who have hurt us. Jesus calls us to love and do good to our enemies, which is the highest expression of forgiveness. Reflection
True forgiveness is expressed in action and in words. You know that you have truly forgiven someone when you do acts of kindness and love for them. People also know that you have truly forgiven them when you do acts of kindness and love for them.
Prayer
Lord, help me to not just forgive in my heart, but to show that forgiveness through my actions.
